Yellowblox.com is a secure site with full firewall protection, so there is no need to worry that any unauthorised party will be able to access your data.

Yellowblox uses the same kind of high-level technology which is used to protect credit card payments on the internet.

Customers are given an access code with which they create their own password. This is not known by anyone else - not even the support staff at Yellowblox. This means no one can enter information under your name, making the audit trial secure. Each person adding or looking at data will be logged on the system, so even when Yellowblox staff need to make changes, all users will be aware of this and the Yellowblox name will be recorded.

While the Yellowblox area and servers are all firewalled, the username password authentication and database server are on separate servers. This makes it much more difficult to get into the secure Yellowblox area and servers without proper authorisation.

The system has been designed to ensure that only those parties involved in a contract can access the appropriate information using Yellowblox. As a result companies cannot access contract information from rivals who also use Yellowblox, as each individual contract is secure and firewalled.
