Richard has spent more than a decade managing sales and data projects for clients in the financial services sector in London.  After graduating in Bristol with a degree in Psychology, Richard, 36, joined Thomson Financial, eventually managing a sales and database support unit for seven Thomson products, in charge of staff in the UK, France and Germany.

Richard worked for a company offering protection from online intellectual property abuse and fundamental data company ICC, before obtaining an MBA at the Cass Business School, part of the City University, London and one of the UK's top ten MBA schools.

Richard joined Yellowblox.com full-time in 2005 and during that time it has enjoyed three years of 65% year on year aggregate growth and the system is now used by more than 130 blue chip companies and industry associations in the US, UK, Bermuda, Canada and Switzerland with just under 1,000 people accessing the system.

Outside of work, Richard's interests are golf, skydiving, rugby, cricket, squash, skiing, and red wine.
