ReSource Intermediaries Inc, the San Francisco-based reinsurance advisory and brokerage firm, use Yellowblox.com to report claims for some of their reinsurer's clients and have found it has materially improved claims reporting and management.
Resource Intermediaries vice-president Alex Fox, said: "If I ever have a claims issue develop, I am able to log onto Yellowblox and get my question answered fairly quickly via the reports and sorting tools provided by Yellowblox."
