Yellowblox lets certain users view only information which is either relevant to them or pertinent to their role. For example, by selecting this option, email updates can be sent only when a claim incurred is over a certain amount, or a policy can be referred when the exposure reaches a certain level. This system can also be used to filter large contracts based upon the department which people work in i.e within the same firm, different users will be sent different information based upon their role or department.
